The Systems Integration Division (SID) is organized as various focused groups so as to provide quality solutions to the customer.

The Marketing Focus Groups (MFGs) focuses on marketing services and solutions to particular industries, while the Corporate Specialist Groups (CSGs) focus on understanding the customer’s functionality, environment and technology resulting in consolidated information to provide high quality solutions. The CSGs have in-depth domain knowledge about various customer requirements and possible solutions.

Our Account Managers in the domestic market work closely with the CSGs and MFGs to bring forth best solutions to the customer. Internationally, the Regional Managers perform the same activity.

The Corporate Technical Groups (CTGs) use the research inferences done by the ATG to address specific market needs like Software solutions, Internet and Intranet, E-Business, GIS, DSS, and Object Oriented Systems. The CTGs provides the backend technical support and solutions to customer problems and work in synergy with other groups.

All these activities are synchronized by the Delivery Centers, which assume the most critical and central role and are responsible for delivering the solutions to the customer, developing skills and capabilities, applying technology and ensuring continuous customer satisfaction.
